How do I know my online registration is completed?
You will receive an automatic confirmation to the email address you provided during registration. Please confirm all information is correct.

I have friends and family that live nearby; can I bring them to Conference events or activities?
Our conference is an internal celebration for our Red Robin Family and Supplier Partners. Please refrain from inviting family and friends to any Conference events or ask that our Conference team make any special arrangements for you.
I am planning on arriving early or staying late for the Conference, how do I make hotel reservations?
You will fill in your hotel dates on the registration form, you will be asked to provide a credit card upon check in to the hotel. Red Robin will only pay for the conference dates. You will pay your extension days on your own. It is imperative you check all correspondence to make sure dates are correct.
What documentation do I need?
You will be required to show a government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license) at the airport and hotel.
What will the weather be like?
The average temperature in Denver is mid 80’s during the day and 60’s at night. We recommend you check weather reports the week of travel for any unanticipated weather changes.

Casual:
Men: Khakis or dress jeans, cargo or nice shorts, t-shirts, polo shirts, flip flops/sandals.
Women: Dresses, skirts, khakis, jeans, shorts, t-shirts, polo shirts, casual shirts, flip flops/sandals.
Business Casual:
Men: Khakis, jeans, t-shirts, polo shirts or casual shirts, loafers, sneakers, or sandals.
Women: Khakis, jeans, t-shirts, polo shirts or casual blouse, loafers, sneakers, or sandals.
Athleisure:
Men: Shorts, jeans, joggers, tennis shoes
Women: Shorts, jeans, joggers, yoga pants, tennis shoes
Cocktail Attire:
Men: Suit, sport coat & tie (optional).
Women: Cocktail dress.
Will I be reimbursed if I drive to the conference?
Red Robin will reimburse you at .67 cents per mile or the cost of an airline ticket, whichever is less.
How do I book my flights?
Please refer to the Hotel/Travel tab for instructions on how to book flights.
Is airport ground transportation provided?
You are responsible for getting to your home airport. Upon arrival into Denver please take an Uber or Lift to the hotel. It is an airport property. You can be reimbursed for these cost in the normal expense report procedure.
What time can I check-in
Check-in is at 3:00 pm. Every effort will be made to accommodate you when you arrive at the Resort. Luggage storage will be available at the bell stand if you are not able to check-in to your room.
What time is check-Out?
Check-out is 11:00 AM and late check-out requests are not guaranteed. For your convenience, you’re welcome to store your luggage at the bell stand and utilize the fitness center facilities to freshen up prior to your scheduled departure.
What is needed at check-in?
A major credit card for incidentals and a photo ID.
Do we give gratuities?
Gratuities are included for all Red Robin sponsored events, but if you feel that you have received excellent service feel free to leave something extra.
